This is a second review of the job I had done. I want to reiterate that I was pleased with the quality of the work. It was done professionally, and in a timely manner. They completely cleaned the worksite of all debris. I was told there was a communication issue regarding my aluminum siding being removed from the work site. Rick called me and assured everything would be made right. It was finally taken care of. It may have taken awhile, but I am pleased with the final results. Would use this company again if I need any future work. Thank you
The work was done in one day by a large crew. Had a complete siding replacement. Looks nice. The one thing that i am disappointed in was my original siding was aluminum. It was strictly stated in contract that the home owner would take care of disposing of siding. That point was brought up to salesman, manager, and work crew supervisor. So guess what?? they finished the job, cleaned up and left all of the aluminum siding in a nice pile. Wonderful!! Until the next day when the crew stopped by and picked up all of my siding and took it to a recycle yard and pocketed the money. I called Rick at the office and he assured me he would contact them. I called again a few days later and talked to Rick and was told they should have a receipt from the recycling yard. He would get the amount and let me know. Its been almost 5 months and I'm still waiting for a call. They took 4 to 5 hundred dollars of siding. Their customer service is not up to par. I am not calling anymore. Not worth trying to fight. I am not the one who should be calling them!!!!! Be very wary.
We are unbelievably happy with our new bow window and our entire experience with window concepts of milwaukee. A few things that really stood out to us were: 1, the price was amazing and better than any competitor in the area. 2, the product is beautiful looking, both inside and outside. 3, The install team is extremely talented and completed the job in only a few hours. The clean up was perfect and took great care with our home! 4, customer service is extremely friendly and answered all our questions along the process. Overall, I would highly recommend window concepts of milwaukee. My wife and I are extremely happy that we went with window concepts!

We cannot say enough about this great company. The quality is second to none. We love our windows and the many options of style to choose. Much care was taken to ensure just what we were looking for with diagrams and suggestions. They were very efficient and professional arriving on time and taking care of business. Everyone one of them was courteous and polite. Their workmanship was great including the cleanup. We would recommend this company to anyone.
Very nice, kind people who care whether their customers are happy. I love my new windows and patio door and the entire experience, from salesman through installation was completely painless. Every person I had contact with was polite and professional. The installation crew was very efficient and finished in less time than expected and once they had left, there was no sign that they had even been there. The cleanup was excellent. Now we are moving on to replacing our siding and we will call Window Concepts first.
Door Installation I really am enjoying our new doors. Slight glitch getting the doors due to a factory miscue. Only issue I have that stopped me from rating a 5 star was when the door installation was complete the door bells didn't work and I was told by the installer that I would need to get an electrician to fix because he didn't want to remove part of the door to fix. Other then that I would recommend highly.

windows and patio door installation I was very happy with the materials with the work the people put in they were very polite and definitely would recommend them to anybody..
Had a door & screen door put in. The installer was professional & did a good job. The company was able to match the color of the screen door to the trim on the house perfectly.
Prompt, Professional, Proactive We scheduled a consultation with Window Concepts of Milwaukee, Inc. to assess a sliding glass door that was difficult to slide in an important exit to the dwelling. Alex E. was assigned to the appointment. Alex arrived promptly on time, was Covid-aware and ready to take those necessary precautions. He listened carefully to our concerns about the door, assessed the situation, and recommended that repair rather than replacement would suffice. And although this was a simply a diagnostic consult, (not a repair call) Alex then proceeded to make what adjustments could be made in the bottom of the door, showing us how to do it ourselves for future reference if necessary. The result is the door slides 100% more easily than before which is a great relief given the circumstances. It became clear to us as the appointment proceeded that Alex was treating our family and situation as he would his own, with a true commitment to and an enthusiasm for doing the “right thing”. Alex is most appreciated for that enthusiasm and that work ethic, and we will be calling again should we need window, siding, or door work in the future. Referrals should follow, as well.
Efficient, professional, and great customer service My husband and I had a sliding glass door put into access our patio. Seth, came out to measure and was very professional and paid attention to not only just the job at hand but was kind and personal. Their customer service was fabulous and they never got sick of me calling to ask when it would be installed. When the crew came to install the door, it was amidst the COVID-19 crisis. They were efficient, respectful of the social distancing, professional, and a very happy crew. They went over all of the door mechanics (toe-lock, handle lock on both the glass and screen door) and adjusted everything that was sticking or not lining up correctly. We are very happy with our door and use it on a daily basis. We are so grateful for this company.
We couldn't be happier.... We had every window in the house replaced and we LOVE our new windows. The HUGE bay that was installed was amazing. These people know their craft. The windows are top quality, the installers are perfectionists and everyone was great to work with. Would recommend them 1,000 times over.
High quality; very professional and timely They arrived on time and got right to work. They realized they were one window short. They called office and the window was found. Their manager drove it to our home. They installed all 16 windows in one day! We were impressed and loved the quality of installations. Thank goodness for good weather. Whole house window replacement I had every window in my house and two patio doors replaced. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They cleaned up before they left for the day😊. I love the new windows, they look great! The crew was very friendly and trustworthy. I would recommend Window concepts of Milwaukee, they deliver what they promise. Plus a great warranty. We will be calling when it’s time for new siding. Thanks Steve, Jamie, Rich and Rick.
High quality professional service. From the process of ordering my windows to the installation, was extremely pleased. Had five double hung windows installed as well as a bay window and could not be more pleased - I love them. Installation was completed in what I would regard as record time given the weather was not the greatest and they had some obstacles to deal with (bushes in front of two of the windows). One of the windows has a crack in the sash and they reordered and will be swapping it out. They left the property in the same condition as they found it. Will be contacting them again if the occasion arises. Thank you!!!
Great work and quick responses We have used Window Concepts in the past and are happy with the work. If there was ever an issue they would be there to take care of it in a timely manner. They have affordable prices and do a great job on the install.
We hadn't had or heard about WINDOW CONCEPTS before but wish we had! From the start they were easy to work with and their estimated completion time was as promised. We got kitchen windows that had to be replaced before we moved and I wish we had done it sooner and had the opportunity to enjoy them. Quality product! I obviously would recommend them.
Neww Windows - Window Concepts of Milwaukee could be the role model for Excellent customer service to include Seth, Rick & Buzz as well as the other installers. Last week had all the original windows in a 60 year old home replaced by Window Concepts of Milwaukee. Very happy with the end results and the treatment received during this process.
