Here is an opportunity for you to RECEIVE $250 IN CASH. As one of our satisfied customers, you are in a position to recommend us to your relatives, friends and neighbors. It is our promise to pay you $250 in cash when we sell a thermal replacement window, insulated siding system or entry door project to your prospect. In addition, your prospect will receive all applicable discounts and an additional 5% off for being referred by you! This is all you need to do:

3.) Submit the form so our salesman can start working for you immediately.

4.) We must have the certificate in our possession prior to calling on your prospect or we cannot honor your request for payment.
